I went in for a shellac manicure and pedicure. Just two days later, the polish started chipping, and worse, I developed a toenail infection. I went back to show them and asked for a refund, but they refused, saying it was “normal,” that it happens, and that I would heal in two weeks. They were also very rude and dismissive throughout the conversation. No apology, no concern. This is completely unacceptable. A salon should prioritize hygiene, treat clients with respect, and take responsibility when something goes wrong. Poor service, poor hygiene, and absolutely no accountability. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!

Worst place to do your nails. The lady that doesn’t speak neither French or English wasn’t gentle at all and made 2 of my fingers bleed. It still hurts very much. The manicure wasn’t properly done and it’s definitely not worth 20$…

This salon is a real joke. I am a good cleint that keeps going back thinking they will improve, but each time I get ripped off. Due to this last event I am never going back. I went to go do my nails and the guy did them extremely bad, on top of that the following day one broke off, I called him and he refused to fix it for me without charge. He told me "you broke the nail, that's your fault not mine". They use very cheap quality and are not consistent with their prices. The job was so badly done, that another salon offered to remove them for me without charge. The service is horrible, they are very dirty, but they are good at ripping people off. I do not recommend this salon even if it was the last salon on earth. I will post a picture to prove my point. Keep in mind my fingers are extremely tiny the nails are huge for my fingers.
